Dawniel Mecurio serves as President of Superior Telecom. She formed the company in the spring of 2025 and is responsible for aligning business objectives with internal operations and back-office processes. In this role, she identifies organizational risks and coordinates appropriate mitigation strategies. Dawniel brings more than two decades of business management experience. Her diverse career has included a variety of leadership roles in both the construction and education industries. At Superior Telecom, Dawniel oversees the company’s day-to-day administrative operations, including Human Resources, Employee Development, Compliance, and other related functions.
Doug Bowen (Vice President)
Doug Bowen serves as Vice President of Superior Telecom, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience to the company’s leadership team. Throughout his career, Doug has developed deep expertise in construction management, quality control, site development, and project scheduling, making him a key contributor to the successful execution of complex infrastructure projects. Doug’s hands-on leadership style and attention to detail ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. His ability to coordinate field operations, maintain rigorous quality expectations, and keep projects on schedule plays a critical role in delivering reliable results for Superior’s clients. Through his experience and commitment to operational excellence, Doug helps guide project teams from planning through completion, ensuring that every phase of work reflects the company’s dedication to quality, accountability, and performance.
Gordon Cox (Director of Operations)
Gordon Cox brings 45 years of experience in the Telecom industry with RBOC, CLEC, wireless, and MNO. He has held positions such as installer, tester, supervisor, auditor, project manager, engineer and director of operations, Gordon has a vast knowledge in switching, transport, ONT and DC Power. As the lead designer/engineer and trainer for the SEC network, he has worked in conjunction with ATT and ESPN and managed several projects and teams simultaneously He demands customer satisfaction.
